How to Operate

2. Adjust Discs: Use the thickness knob to set the desired fineness gap between the grinding plates.

3. Power On: Start the motor and allow it to reach full operating speed (1,400 RPM) before adding ingredients.

4. Feed Material: Pour dry grains or wet soaked ingredients continuously into the top feed hopper.

5. Collect & Clean: Collect ground powder or slurry from the discharge spout. Flush with water after wet grinding to maintain hygiene.
